I established 2312 to provide independent development management advice, drawing on more than 25 years of experience across property development, planning and regeneration.

Experience 


Experience shaped by complex projects

Over the course of my career, I have worked across major regeneration programmes, residential development, commercial property and strategic planning.


At Berkeley Homes, I worked on Woodberry Down, a major residential-led regeneration programme in north London. More recently, at NEAT Developments, I led the development management and planning work for the proposed redevelopment of Southbury Leisure Park on behalf of Royal London.


Earlier roles at Sainsbury's and Cushman & Wakefield gave me valuable experience of planning strategy, commercial priorities and the practical challenges of progressing development proposals.


These experiences have shaped my understanding of what it takes to bring together planning, commercial considerations, stakeholder priorities and project delivery.
